Whenever we talked about wedding planning to friends, everyone stressed booking our photographer and band as soon as possible, which proved to be a daunting task for two West Coasters planning an East Coast wedding. As a result, we rushed to find the right vendors and went purely off of recommendations, which is how we found Maggie. We didn't know how amazing she was until our engagement shoot (in December in Mystic...on a 30 degree day). We vibe with her so well that on the car ride back my fiancé said "should we invite her to our wedding?" Maggie made us feel special, beautiful, and taken care of -- almost like a professional and extremely talented member of the bridal party. Maggie is a total boss and somehow wrangled our huge family for lovely photos, which made for the best gifts to give; but it is Maggie's professional warmth that enabled her to seamlessly blend into some of our intimate moments on our wedding day, capturing the most precious and candid photos, where maybe not every single strand of hair is perfect, but my husband and I are both beaming and freely in the moment.
